Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service. OBSIDIAN VIP provides trading education, analysis and software tools. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and does not manage money on behalf of members.

2. Membership and access. Payment, access and cancellation are handled by Whop. Access to the course, indicator and private Discord remains active for the duration of your membership.

3. Licence. The Obsidian indicator and course materials are licensed for personal use by the member only. Sharing, resale, redistribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.

4. No performance representation. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Obsidian provides education, analysis and software tools only - nothing on this website is financial, investment or tax advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any results, screenshots or payouts shown are individual examples and should not be considered typical. Past performance is never indicative of future results. Never risk capital you cannot afford to lose.

5. Conduct. Members are expected to keep community discussion respectful and to refrain from soliciting or providing personalised financial advice inside the Discord.
